CLOSED CIRCUIT CAMERA RECORDING SYSTEM PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ('Law') to inform data subjects about the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through the closed circuit recording systems used in the Celal Sultan Hotel buildings and premises by CELAL SULTAN TURİZM TİCARET LTD. ŞTİ. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company').

PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED

It includes the images of individuals within the camera's field of view and the vehicle license plate data of individuals entering the Company buildings, Celal Sultan Hotel, restaurant, hotel and facility lobby, and parking area by vehicle.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The collected personal data is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 5 of the Law, for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial operational security of individuals in a business relationship with the company, ensuring the security of the company's buildings, facilities and premises, helping to ensure and protect the security of employees, customers, suppliers, and fixed assets, and detecting possible illegal activities and obtaining evidence. In this context, all cameras record 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL BASIS

Personal data is collected through camera systems located in the Company's buildings, facilities, and premises. Camera monitoring activities are carried out as part of the Company's security policy. The collected personal data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the data controller within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

PARTIES TO WHICH PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA IS TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations, with administrative and technical security measures in place, in accordance with the aforementioned legal regulations and other legislation, for the purposes explained above.

RETENTION PERIOD

Camera recordings are retained by the Company for 1 week and are destroyed when the purpose requiring processing ceases to exist and/or when the retention period specified by the legislation for processing your data expires.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

We hereby inform you that as a personal data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

a. To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b. To request information if your personal data has been processed,
c. To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
d. To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
e. To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
f. To request deletion or destruction of your personal data,
g. To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
h. To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
i. To request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

The personal data we collect and process must be accurate and, when necessary, up-to-date, as required by Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Therefore, if any changes occur in your personal data, you may notify us of your current and accurate personal information through the methods specified below.

Your application must include:

Your name, surname, and if written, your signature,
For Turkish Republic citizens, your Turkish ID number; for foreigners, your nationality, passport number, or if any, ID number,
Your residential or business address for notification,
If available, your e-mail address, telephone, and fax number for notification,
Your request subject.

Information and documents related to the subject, if any, must also be attached to the application.

Your application will be finalized within thirty days, and you will be informed about your request if accepted, or it may be rejected with an explanation. Requests you submit to our Company will be responded to in writing or electronically as soon as possible, depending on the nature of your request, and at the latest within thirty days.
